Fees are payable for all bank holidays and all absences. Payment is made in advance by the last working day of the month and late fees may apply. We are closed between Christmas and New Year and fees are multiplied by 51 weeks and divided by 12 to give a monthly fee.  
We do charge lunch and tea fees for grant children should they stay for these meals, otherwise these are included in our prices.
